I met Dr. Raissi 6 months ago. I came to him after a nightmare of implants placed by an out of state surgeon. 3 Doctors in consultations informed me that the first Dr. did not place several implants correctly.

I am a long time patient with Dr Raissi. If you could look up every positive adjective his name would be it. Dr Raissi has taken care of me like his own from day one. I had to have all my teeth removed and did the process through him. That’s a pretty big deal so you want someone who is gifted, compassionate, effective, efficient, and personable. I had many problems with my teeth and gums for several years. I wore partials that were painful and ill-fitting, as well as worn, making it difficult to chew. My gums were receding, causing my teeth to loosen and separate, causing unsightly gaps. My mouth hurt, ALL THE TIME. For at least three years, I searched the internet, talked to friends, and called 800 numbers trying to find the courage to actually go through with a major, costly, irreversible procedure such as the implant process. Finally, in June of 2015, I made plans, after consultation with Dr. Raissi, to start the process. On July 2, 2015, the initial procedures of extraction, followed by implant placement, were performed. (And, trust me, I spent a little extra money for anesthesia so I slept through it all!) Dr. Raissi didn't rush the healing and shaping process that was necessary, and did frequent checks and fittings, which helped alleviate much discomfort along the way. In just a little over a year, I have a brand new mouth, a whole new look! There is no tenderness or discomfort whatsoever - I eat apples, corn on the cob, steak, anything I want without any trouble. My mouth feels good, too! The best part? It's when I'm around people, talking and smiling, and they interrupt and say, "you have the prettiest smile!"

My experience with Dr. Peyman and his incredible staff has been one of complete excellence. I had two implants placed last year and ii was a pleasant experience and I am not one that enjoys going to the dentist and I have great fear, but Dr. Peyman and his whole staff made it a very comfortable and I was treated with great care and professionalism. I was sure that last year would be my last time having to have any more implants placed, but as of yesterday I was wrong. I cracked a font tooth while eating popcorn and was devastated to find out that that tooth that was in my smile line would have to be removed, so once again I went to Dr. Peyman ans he assured me that all would be ok and he did his magic and I left with a pulled tooth that was replaced with an immediate implant and temporary crown with great care and concern by all the staff of My New Smile Dental. I have never experienced a dentist visit as amazing as this one. They took my anxiety/fear of the dentist serious and always made sure I was feeling comfortable. The most compassionate dentistry I have ever been too, they didn’t make me feel judged for having dental issues. Honestly the best dental office I’ve ever been too. Traditional dental implants and the All-on-4 same-day dental implant treatment consist of small titanium screws that fit inside your jawbone, serving as a foundation, replacing tooth roots. Dr. Peyray attaches a very natural-looking permanent fixed bridge to your implants. These bridges will feel very comfortable and function like natural teeth.
All-on-4 requires only four to six precisely placed implants that take advantage of denser areas of bone. Dr. Peyray positions each screw at an angle, avoiding the nerve canals in your upper and lower jaw. This process differs from traditional implants, which require a separate implant for each crown or bridge.
When you come to our office for All-on-4 dental implants, your consultation begins with a review of your medical and dental history. Dr. Peyray’s dental partners will take detailed 3D X-rays, which allow Dr. Peyray to ensure proper implant placement and determine if your case requires bone grafting, and in some cases a sinus augmentation. If you’ve been in a denture for a long time, you may have a lack of bone density, in which case Dr. Peyray can perform what is referred to as a “last resort” dental implant procedure known as the Zygoma or Pterygoid implants.
When you return for the procedure, our Dr. Peyray will perform any extractions and place your implants. Next, our doctor fits you with temporary, functional teeth. Finally, Dr. Peyray’s dental partners will explain proper aftercare, including brushing and flossing techniques and what food to avoid.
Our doctor will monitor the healing process of your implants, as well as the look, fit, and function of your new teeth. To ensure a proper fit, aesthetically and functionally, our doctor performs any necessary adjustments.
Once healing is complete, you come in for a final appointment where our doctor attaches your final set of replacement teeth.
